Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using Chorus, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Chorus. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you give us is accurate.
3. Your account
- Keep your login credentials secure; you’re responsible for activity on your account.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Acceptable use
Chorus is a shared space built on a single daily question. To keep it that way, you agree not to:
- Harass, bully, threaten, or target other members.
- Post hateful, violent, sexually exploitative, or otherwise illegal content.
- Impersonate other people or misrepresent who you are.
- Spam, advertise, or post content unrelated to the question in bad faith.
- Scrape, copy, or harvest other members’ content or data.
- Attempt to break, overload, or interfere with the app or its security.
5. Your content
You own the answers, photos, and other content you post. By posting, you grant Chorus a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content within the service so it can appear in the chorus to other members. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies retained for legal or backup purposes or already shared with others. You’re responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the right to share it.
6. Moderation and termination
We may remove any content and suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, at our sole discretion — including, but not limited to, content or accounts that break these terms or harm the community. You can stop using Chorus and delete your account at any time.
7. Disclaimers
Chorus is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or that content posted by other members is accurate or appropriate.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chorus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
9. Changes
We may update the app and these terms over time. When we make material changes to these terms, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Chorus after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
